1. Agree with God that you have sinned. Romans 3:23
2. Understand that Jesus paid the ultimate price for our salvation out of love. Romans 5:8
3. Believe that eternal life is a gift given in Christ Jesus. Romans 6:23
4. Accept God's free gift of salvation. Don't try to earn it. Ephesians 2:8-9
5. Invite Jesus to come into your life and be the Lord of your life. John 1:12
6. Confess that Jesus is now your Lord as you believe in your heart. Romans 10:9

"Lord Jesus, I need You. Thank You for dying on the cross for my sins. I open the door of my life and receive You as my Savior and Lord. Thank You for forgiving my sins and giving me eternal life. Take control of the throne of my life. Make me the kind of person You want me to be."
